Shipping:
1) All items will be processed and shipped only AFTER the payable amount has been paid and the payment clears.
2) For security purposes, we ship items ONLY to the address of the individual whose credit card has been used to make the payment.
3) We take maximum care and precautions while packaging the items before shipping them out and we use the services of only the best shipping companies. However, if the items are damaged in transit, StreetCloset.com cannot be held responsible for the damage and is not liable to replace the damaged items.
4) Once an order is placed, payment is cleared and order is finalized, the customer will be given a tracking number for them to be able to track the status of their order at any time with the help of the tracking number. This tracking number would tell them about the place of deployment of their item, estimated transit time and the ETA (Estimated time of arrival) of the items ordered. Tracking Numbers will be provided between 7-14 days of placement of order. All items would be shipped from China.

5) In rare cases, custom duties and taxes are applicable on items being received by the customers. Customers are requested to pay all dues (taxes & duties) in relation to this. StreetCloset.com has no control whatsoever over the laws of any particular country/location and hence cannot avoid/evade/cover such taxes. However, such situations are rare. In most cases, there are no taxes or duties levied on our goods being shipped to the customer.
Ordering/Payments:
All prices mentioned by default on the website are in US dollars.
6) Customers aren't allowed to change the color/size/style of the items comprising their order whilst the order is being processed. Such changes cannot be made hence customers are requested to contact us about any such changes while their order status is still "pending".
Refunds/Cancellations:
By making a payment for an order, you are finalizing the order and agreeing not to change/cancel your order. We do NOT provide refunds for any kind of orders and hence double check your order before you make your payment. Once your payment is cleared, you cannot have it changed/cancelled.
7) Items will be shipped only if they are available. In case the particular item ordered is not available at that time, a similar item of slightly different style or color would be shipped. NO refunds will be provided in case the customer receives something he/she has not ordered due to unavailability of stock.
